Eating to suit you!

Amongst our clients who want to chill and enjoy our tasty, wholesome food, some of you will follow certain diets. These are most commonly, Keto, Paleo and Vegan.

So, if you follow one of these diets, we’ve made it easy to spot the items on our menu that are suitable for you by placing the following symbols next to each dish.

A KETO KICK

To follow a ketogenic diet, you have to cut your carbs and focus on consuming fats and lots of leafy, non-starchy vegetables.

ON OUR MENU

On a Paleo diet you live by the rule ‘if a caveman didn’t eat it, neither will I’. You can eat natural foods like meat, fish, nuts, leafy greens, regional veggies, seeds and fruits. But nothing ever processed or cured.
