About Us

Our Story

Charli’s Crew was created by a mother-daughter duo, myself – Charli – and my mum – Andy (aka the Sugar Doctor®). As a nutritionist, my mum has instilled in me the importance of a healthy way of life. For us, a diet full of whole, natural food is the starting point. We like to know where our food has come from and what benefits and nutrients we get from our food. We believe that you ought to know this too, so we’ve made sure it’s easy for you to find this out.

As Londoners, we quickly realised that in Paris there was a gap in the market for the type of health restaurant we had envisaged creating. As we love Paris, we jumped to the challenge of opening our first Charli’s Crew restaurant there.

Our Philosophy

At Charli’s Crew we welcome everyone and we’re super passionate about food that makes you feel good and works for your body. Whether you’re keto, paleo, vegan or just looking for some delicious food, come on into Charli’s. Even if this is all new to you, give it a try! On our menu you’ll find little symbols indicating whether a particular dish is suitable for a keto, paleo or vegan diet

A Keto Kick

To follow a ketogenic diet, you have to cut your carbs and focus on consuming fats and lots of leafy, non-starchy vegetables.

You’re so Paleo

On a Paleo diet you live by the rule ‘if a caveman didn’t eat it, neither will I’. You can eat natural foods like meat, fish, nuts, leafy greens, regional veggies, seeds and fruits. But nothing ever processed or cured.

So Very Vegan

A vegan diet excludes meat, eggs, dairy products and all other animal ingredients.
