We’ve never really understood the old-school clichés around “healthy eating”.
At our health restaurant in Paris, we embrace different diets and have created a menu full of tasty options without loading up on sugar. In fact, we have a resident nutritionist: The Sugar Doctor®, who has helped us create Sugar Safe® alternatives to the popular dishes we all know and love. She has ensured that, as far as possible, all of our produce is organic and locally sourced, and that we only cook with excellent quality stable oils suitable for heating.
It’s more than just the food. We have a close-knit team, a chilled atmosphere and a friendly vibe to keep you coming back for more.
Here at Charli’s we also focus on three different diets. We have a little symbol under each dish to illustrate which diets the dish is suitable for.
Many of our dishes are grain-free, gluten-free and dairy-free, you’ll see this marked on our menu!
